In Kharkov, Russian forces are carrying out massive air raids on the city’s infrastructure.
A government building in the city was reportedly hit, leaving at least 11 dead and several injured.
In particular, information indicates that a rocket hit the building of the regional administration in the second largest city of Ukraine.
